Issue:
I’d say that I had so much to do, and so little time. I felt like I was dropping balls for clients. I wasn’t able to deliver at the level that I needed, and scheduling was a pain.

Another thing that I wasn’t prepared for, that was good, is just how helpful you would be in onboarding. I have worked with other virtual assistants, and the onboarding was where it fell off for me. So, because you all onboarded me well, I feel like we were able to hit the ground running.
I have been paired with a great executive virtual assistant that I intend to keep using on my team. She’s helped me get my calendar together. She’s helped me knock out workbooks and other administrative tasks, such as helping me to manage some of my emails, and a little bit of project management, but most importantly, she’s come through on every single thing I’ve given her to do.
