Issue:
I wasn’t maximizing my time wisely. I really wanted to be able to spend my time on other areas of my business, like thought leadership and client service, instead of being bogged down with the administrative details of my business. I wanted to make sure that I was receiving an ROI on my time, for example, is it cost-effective for me to spend an hour sending out invoices, or does it make more sense to spend my time on marketing and having conversations with prospective clients or providing actual services?

What’s great about this is the assistant that you matched me with likes data and detail whereas I do not as much, that’s not what I lead with. She is good at all of the things I’m not necessarily top of mind with, and I feel like she has a great balance to how I approach work. We just set up a great working relationship. Not only was the onboarding with you and the match process easy, meaningful, and valuable, but then working with Rachel has been super easy with no problems. She’s been responsive; she is reliable. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Well, I’ve been able to focus on more creative aspects of marketing now that I know that other parts of the administrative aspects are freed up.
