Consistency is key when you want to become successful at anything. As a business owner, if you want to grow a successful company, you need to be consistent. That means consistency in your marketing, sales, customer service, operations, etc.
Of course, you can always delegate wherever you can, and as you know, I’m a big advocate of doing that. However, you will still have things that you’re responsible for taking care of yourself because they may be your zone of genius. It could also be something that only you can do, so you have to take care of it.
Given the above, it can sometimes be difficult to make sure that certain things get done when they should be done. What you may find helpful is to set aside certain days of the week to devote to specific tasks. For example, content writing is usually something that only you can do, and it can help to showcase your expertise. So, choose a specific day of the week that you will work on writing your content. Picking a specific day of the week will help you to create a habit of doing this on this specific day, and it will breed consistency.
Always remember that consistency is key to all that you do.
