It has been a great experience of having more time to think, more time to act, not react, and more time to plan.
Issue:
We had a lot of administrative tasks that really were conundrums for us because they were difficult to work out, and we didn’t know how to process information and keep it in a detailed way that was streamlined in one place. My schedule was also a factor, many people had access to it and randomly added things to it, which created chaos in my workday.
Why Team Delegate?
We were referred by a board member. When I told him at one of our board meetings that we really needed some help with time management and administration, he told me that he had already worked with a company, and he would be willing to set up a meeting with said company, and that was Team Delegate. He told me what his Team Delegate executive virtual assistant was doing for him and what she provided to his company and all the different opportunities that had created for him. So that got me excited, and that’s how we ended up working with Team Delegate.
Experience/Process of Working with Team Delegate:
It has been a great experience of having more time to think, more time to act, not react, and more time to plan. I’ve also been able to duplicate my efforts. So, the experience has been wonderful. There’s been no downside to it. It’s quite exciting to have someone who’s dedicated to helping me untangle some of our knottiest problems here at the Chamber.
Impact of Working with Team Delegate:
I have time to take my wife to dinner, or to actually eat lunch in a day, and to make meetings and be much more prepared.
Results of Working with Team Delegate:
We’ve been able to knock out tasks beforehand. All the most important meetings that I’m going to have this year and into next year are already scheduled. So, I feel like I can take time to do things that my family needs me to do, and be there for my mom when she calls me. So, I’m just really excited about that.
